This Ranch in Hidden Hills sits on 40 acres with 40 horse barn and padock, with a hotwalker jumping rings and white fence pastures. Plenty of parking for the largest crew and can also be a basecamp for your crew when shooting in this area. The home is very spacious with heigh ceilings. The kitchen looks out onto a patio area and has a center island with a stove top and the kitchen is large enough for a cooking show.

This very large equestrian center has riding trails, show rings (both covered and open), stables,a hot walker ring and plenty of parking for the crew. Easy access. The riding trails have different elevations and a stream that runs year round.

Hidden in the mountains of Malibu is this old western set. There are several building and a gravel road that loops around the property. There is a barn with old Curcus wagons and more as you will see from these pictures. This is a great location to film commercials and music videos, also for the special feature shots of an old western town. MORE PICTURES TO COME

Country Club and Golf Course in South Bay has of course a full 18 holes of Golf and is a private club. There are restricktions as to shooting days and for shooting on the course. Members first as it should be. The Country Club complex has some wonderful rooms and entry area. There is a large bar area with views of the course and grounds. The entry is great, it looks like a hotel lobby and has a large staircase in this foyer. There is a large conference room and large dining room all the rooms have very high ceilings. There is a board room here also and a proshop. Some of the holes on the course have great views of the South Bay area and also just great views of the different holes with lakes and ponds.

This Tennis club in the South Bay has many tennis courts and workout center plus a bike room. There is a large cabana by the olympic size pool. MORE PICTURE TO COME.

This Courtyard is surranded by an empty business complex as of this date. There are waterfalls, paths, bridges, and fountains. It has many angles to shoot from even from the roof. This courtyard is about 60-yards X 60-yards. All of the trees and plants are the Eastern United States looks. FILM PERMIT INFORMATION: Permits can be a walk-through. This is a private property and the permit fees as of 2-25-02 are, $185.00 1st day and $57.00 ea additional consecutive day. If required Police @ $51.00 per hour and $67.00 per hour for Fireman. Permit office would like at leaset a 5 day lead if possible, but a permit walk-through can be accomplish in shorter time.

Here are some cubicles on a second floor office suite in the Valley. This is occupied but we can shoot here during the week. There is a "Cone of Silence Room" Great looking Conference Room, a Gym, Large Break Room, and a very nice open reception area at this location. This very large park has many camping areas and a stream that runs through a portion of the park. There is Outdoor Amplitheatre with small stage. Plenty of parking for the largest crew.
